You can:
➵ Print in any form and use it for yourself

You can't:
➵ Trace or edit the work heavily in any way
➵ Remove my signature and/or watermark
➵ Print in any form for commercial use.

I, as the Artist hold all the copyright to the produced artwork, not the client unless otherwise stated.
❖ The commission can only be used by myself and the client.

I can:
➵ Post your commission online to promote myself/my art
➵ Create derivative works based on the work

For Designs/Customs
❖ Don't resell a design for more than its original value unless they have extra commissioned or personal work (don't exaggerate on price). Gift art or art trades do not add up to the value.
❖ You can redesign/edit one of my designs but keep the credits of the original design to me as well as keep the original design in the folder related to the design.
❖ Don't Claim one of my designs as your own. Make sure to credit me as the original designer and link to one of my socials.
❖ You can Void/Despecies a design by me but only if their Species TOS allows you so and you must inform me about it. Please don't purchase my designs from closed species if you are going to void them right away.
❖ Don't Buy/Bid/Offer on a design and back out without notifying me first + your reason to back out, before deleting your comment. Failure to do so will result in a strike. However, if I consider your reasoning not appropriate, you will receive a warning, and if multiple times you will get Blacklisted.
❖ Don't Lowball/Guiltrip on my prices. I understand not everyone has monetary stability/can afford my prices/designs but please refrain from commenting on that, you can instead keep an eye for some FREE Raffles or OTA I might do in the future 🎊

Basic:

➵ I can try different art styles if examples are provided, BUT I'm not accepting realistic art styles.
➵ If a different art style is requested the price will defer from my usual prices (can go higher or lower)

❖ For Simple Commissions, I take between 1 week to 2 weeks, normally taking in max a month ( if there are IRL issues [I will notify] )
❖ For Complex Commissions, I take 2 weeks to 1 month, normally taking in max 2 months ( if there are IRL issues [I will notify] )
❖ Keep in mind this ⇈ is for reference, I might take more time depending on the complexity of what I'm working on! Check the Waiting List to see when I start your commission or you can DM me for updates ❤️
❖ VTuber models and Animations have no Turnaround time as they heavily depend on the character/complexity and have more progress/check for approval than normal art

❖ When commissioning me you will need to provide: Details and Reference Images. I might ask for extra Details and/or References if details are missing.

Commission Stages:

❖ Payment
❖ Sketch Approval
❖ Lineart
❖ Flat Color
❖ Shading
❖ Delivery of Work

Progress and Changes:

❖ You will receive a sketch for approval. You may request more WIP anytime (I might watermark these).
❖ If no edits/changes are requested after you received the sketch I will move forward with the work. Further edits (other than mistakes on my part or simple color changes) may cost additional or not be available after sketch approval.

❖ Reasons I can charge extra:
➵ If you request a completely new sketch and I accept it, there will be an extra fee (only applies if the original sketch was made with the client's specifications)
➵ The requested edits are different from what was originally discussed
➵ If you request changes past sketch approval
➵ The requested edits are not included or/and are different in the reference image
➵ If you request edits/updates/extra details after the total delivery of work

Delivery:

❖ You will receive a full-sized PNG File. Can be sent via ToyHou.se, Email, or Discord.
❖ If you require a specific size this must be noted before starting the commission
❖ I won't remove my watermark or signature from my drawings
❖ I never sent the Original File (Software File)

Payment:

❖ I will only start a commission after the first payment!
❖ Payments must be made in $ Dolar. I will send a PayPal invoice, don't send me any currency before I request so, please.

❖ I have 2 payment options available:
➵ 1) 100% payment upfront
➵ 2) 50% payment upfront, 50% payment after sketch approval
If you pick the second option and you don't pay after 24h of sketch approval your commission will be put in HOLD and I will start the commission of another client.

❖ Paypal Invoices will be sent from the email: [email protected]. If you receive an Invoice/Payment Request from a different email will mean that is a SCAM please be careful!

Cancelation / Refund Policy:

❖ I have the right to cancel a service for any reason. If I cancel a service you will receive a refund (except if you cause a cancelation)!
❖ You can request a cancelation but I may or may not accept it (this will depend on the case).

❖ Auto Accepted Refund:
➵ If I cancel the commission
➵ If you cancel a commission that I haven't started yet
• Any refund will not include any Paypal processing fees

❖ Reasons you may cause a cancelation:
➵ Harassment
➵ Scam
➵ TOS breaches

If you break the adoptable TOS, I have the right to take back the ownership without any refund. I have the right to resell adopt or use it in any way. You will also be blacklisted.
