Once ordering a commission and or adopting an adopt you fully agree to these terms of service ( the rules above and below ), Once you order a commission and or adopt an adopt you give brank/Kelloe ( Kelloe for th ) full permission to use them as examples ( with heavy watermarking ), you can pm the account Brank if you would like to withdrawal your agreement to letting Brank/Kelloe ( Kelloe for th ) use the art they made of your character as a example as it is your right by law to withdrawal. if adopting you get full permission to do what ever you would like to them like for instance; redesign, resell ( within 2 weeks ), draw them however you would like, give them relationships, ect. And if you adopt an adopt you agree to crediting brank/Kelloe ( Kelloe for th ) for the making of the original design of said adopt, you will not need to credit brank/Kelloe ( Kelloe for th ) for art you have made and or commissioned by another creator.
