I am a furry artist and by design I create adoptables. Once an adoptable leaves my hands in any sense of the word you may do with it as you will, however, I do not want;

• Feral/non consensual art of my designs
• 1 to 1 copies of designs you do not own
• Selling of my designs above its value
• Scamming of my designs

Doing any of this is a bannable offense and I do not appreciate block invading of any kind to keep tabs of what I am doing or any more of my art.

When purchasing commissions the buying is required to pay the full amount after the sketch phase has been completed and approved by said buyer. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the commission and a block from any of my content.

I have every right to refuse service for any reason. I also have the right to block/ban any persons for any reason even if not stated on this tos, I do not owe you an explanation

On any of my content or profiles I DO NOT condone stalking, harrassment, or hate towards any of the persons on my blacklist. Though the same has been done to me, with people backing them up without fairness towards me, I do not want to grow that type of relationship with my followers. 

Breaking any of these rules will result in a block and blacklist from my content should I find out.

Blacklist: 

My blacklist contains those that I do not support whatsoever for whatever reason. This can also extend to those that I may have been once close with even if they were only there by association. Please feel free to do your own research or support these creators even if I do not. My opinion should not determine yours before proper research is done.

- MarskyMessier: Violating TOS, Contact with a minor, general rudeness, Talking behind my back, horrible friend and staff member, jumping to conclusions about me and my characters because I took back an offer.

- CarlosClaee: contact with a minor, talking behind my back.

- EmeryCaprisio: Mild harassment over a character, generally makes me uncomfortable to be around.

- Rmin: Harrassment, violating rules within a server, no regards for minors within severs (doesn’t apologize or doesn’t take responsibilit), violating time restrictions on TOS, rude, putting down others Art. Talking behind my back.

- JJBum: Talking behind my back and harrassment on friends.

- Alumy species as a whole: The higher staff (admins and others mentioned here), outside of Catko, has shown signs of wanting to harrass those ”beneath” them. They have been seen to be vulgar within a minor friendly server and even in the general chat where minor’s could see.

- DragonsofDarthen server and community: The creator has been shown to be very drama driven and even combative. Jumping to conclusions and bashing people while block evading. The community is also very cult like in behavior and the species showing themes of inbreeding, controlling, and other things under that theme. Attempts to brings this up has gotten me blacklisted along with things listed below.

- DragonsofDarthen / DarthenGod (creator): Let’s those within the server call them “God” which makes me uncomfortable. Had been specifically targeting me towards the end of my experience there. Extremely controlling. Accused me for making “..Bootleg rous..” despite me trying to explain otherwise. Bashed me in general chat. Went to her almost 7k followers on Instagram and blasted my socials there, not openly discouraging harassment. Block evading with staff. Made a google document with inaccurate screenshots and images obtained from block evading all the while bashing everything I did. Bashed one of my sonas in the google document for being more aggressive than the species norm (was also upset that I didn’t come to them for every lore aspect I did). Made me fear for my safety because of the Instagram thing.

- Roddybutt/Marshmoshi : Shared private dms to have me kicked from DragonsofDarthen server under silly reasons. Tried to bait me to share more lore to compare to the species lore and server. Took the screenshots out of context. Instead of trying to talk to me as a friend they assumed things. 

- Any staff/person in DragonsofDarthen server: Willingly or unwillingly ignores the problems there and encouraged DarthenGod more on the harassment and stalking. Ignores the clear inbreeding problem and controlling nature of the species.

Please interact with these individuals with caution, however DO NOT, harass them on the behalf of me. I do not condone that behavior what’s so ever.
