Not as much a warning than a caution.
I am an adult, and my characters can display adult-related themes and topics. I don't believe there is much content that would trigger others, but my characters do embody serious issues I either struggle with personally or want to understand. I rarely explicitly show or explain these themes, but I will reserve the right to.
Specifically, you may encounter items like:

excessive gore / torture
untreated and serious mental health
SA or equally uncomfortable themes
suicide / self harm
some language or nudity
alcoholism & addiction

And so on.
As stated previously, I don't plan on making these darker themes readily apparent on TH, but I do reserve my right to share them if I ever want to.
So, trudge onward at your own personal discretion.
