- RuleI reserve rights to use art work commissioned to be featured on my website, portfolio, or any other hosting that I so choose.
- RuleI reserve rights to the image of the art, but not the any original character that you own, you may not use the art for any for profit work, unless otherwise agreed upon. The image is only to be used for personal reasons. (You still must credit me as the original artist)
- RuleCommissions are non-refundable. Time and resources are used for creating each work. There are certain occasions when a refund can be considered, these are case-by-case.
- RuleMajor changes to the art piece while in process, will incur an additional fee, I will allow minor edits for free. I ensure that I give you progress shots as I work, so if there is a problem let me know before things get too far!
