This will contain information such as some basic prices, links to my art examples, in depth TOS, and my Airtable! (Think free Trello!)

Terms of Service! Contact me on discord for the fastest replies! Toyhouse (You're here!) | Instagram | Discord : KrispyCritter#8678 By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.  Basic TOS :  - Paypal Only (USD) - Turn around time is up to 3 weeks. - Payment is to be made within 48 hours of the sketch being agreed on. - Commissioner can upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of a link to my Toyhouse.  - Artwork cannot be used commercially without being made clear and agreed to, or claimed as your own.  - Refunds are given based on how much work is done. Read Section II for clarification.  - My work CANNOT be used for AI Generators or NFTs. IN DEPTH TOS :  SECTION I. IMAGE COPYRIGHT I, KrispyChisps (the artist), retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The commissioner may not claim it as their own or use for anything other than personal use. All commissioned artwork is for non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods,services, or social media pages is prohibited unless otherwise discussed AND agreed on. This must be mentioned BEFORE the commission begins. Conditions for Reposting The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Toyhouse page) and any watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered. Prohibited Actions - Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image. - Using my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image. - Claiming the artwork as your own. If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me and reported. SECTION II. PAYMENT INFORMATION I accept payment in USD. All payments will be taken via Paypal only. Any commission over $15 has the option for 50/50 payment, half at sketch and the remainder before the final product is delivered. You will be given 48 hours to pay after a sketch is shown and my Paypal is provided. Non-payment within 48 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be repurposed. Refund Policy If the commission is cancelled (by me or the commissioner) before line work has started, then the client will receive a full refund. If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds: Sketch: %80 Line: 50% Line and Flat Colour: 0% No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions. I, The artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given. SECTION III. CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION Discussion of commissions can be conducted via Toyhouse, Instagram (KrispyChisps), or Discord Chat KrispyCritter#8678 Visual Reference Guidelines Commissioner must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please provide the visual reference(s) with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this. SECTION IV. WILL/WON'T DRAW Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering. Allowed Content - Humans - Ferals - Anthros - Monsters (Depends on what they look like.) - Pokemon - Complicated Designs - Suggestive Content - Mild Gore Disallowed Content - NSFW - Complicated Clothes (Ask) - Any sort of hateful content. SECTION V. WORKFLOW PROCESS I am happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation. Completion of a commissioned piece ranges anywhere from 1-3 weeks. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the commissioner. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission within 90 days of ordering, I will issue a full refund. Works in Progress (WIPS). All commissions have at least one progress approval stage before payment, though the specific stage can vary depending on the piece. I will send any WIPS to the commissioner through the chosen contact method, and the progress of my commissions will be kept up to date on my Airtable. Progress will be paused until the WIP is confirmed. Significantly high response time from the buyer may result in a higher turn around time, of which I will not take responsibility for. Revisions and edits. Two revisions are available per each step of the progress, those being 1) Sketch 2) Lining 3) Flats 4) Shading The revision matter must be in respect to the current process being taken (eg. Will not change the lines after I've already provided the coloured piece.) Revisions due to my own fault are not added to the total. Each additional revision from the offered two per step will claim additional charges. (+$2) If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order. Waist up	Lined - $10 Flat - $15 Shaded - $18	Other Information & Custom designs	Custom designs can range from $15-$40 depending on complexity! Said complexity and price will be decided after the sketch stage is agreed on. Check herefor examples of my design work! Complexity of a character influences other prices as well. The image on the right showcases three levels of complication. The first is Simple! It incurs zero additional charges. The second is Cool! It may incur additional charges for animation based commissions. The third is WHAT! It's likely to incur additional charges for both animation based and regular commissions. If a charge for complication is not specified, it shall be assumed the charge is an additional $5 or 30% of the price (whichever is lesser in the specific scenario).  Having multiple character pieces will incur an additional 60% per extra!
