If you have any questions about my T.O.S, please ask me before buying/offering my designs.
If you break any of the rules, I will have to give out warnings, after three I will put you on my blacklist.

By buying/offering a design from me, you will agree to all of the following:

1. You may not resell the design higher for than what it was bought. Unless it has commissioned art for real money, then it can be higher, but if the design does not have commissioned art, it must be resold for the price bought or lower. 

2. Always credit me for the design. (! Use my Toyhou.se account for main credit please!)

3. You cannot redesign the character to the point it's not my design. Changing some details is totally fine, but do not completely change the original design to be totally different.

4. You cannot edit my original artwork!! Unless you have contacted me for permission, you cannot draw over my art. 

5. My designs can be gifted and traded for art/other designs.

6. If the design was not paid for, you may not sell it unless it has commissioned art. This also goes along with number 1.

7. If paying, it will be through PayPal only!

8. The designs I make will have COMMERCIAL use!
