. I reserve the right to refuse/cancel a commission. The reason will usually be stated, and if a commission is cancelled you will get a full refund.

. Do not claim you made the finished commission product or any of the progress sketches. You can use it in any way*, but only with credit.

            -  *if you want to use the finished product in a less conventional or commercial way (eg: art for a website or game, group    icon, map thumbnail / part etc) please let me know! I don’t have a problem with it, but i’d like to know :)

.If there’s anything wrong with the finished product, do let me know, i will make any changes for free.

. Ask if you'd like to see progress shots of the art. If you don't ask, I won't send any. I usually don’t do progress shots for small or smaller comissions. Keep in mind that my sketches start off very messy.

. You can repost the finished product with proper credit. I’d prefer if you could mention me (i don’t mind pings!) or link to my profile. If i don’t have an account on the platform you wish to repost to or use the art on, link back to my deviantart, please.

. If I haven't dm’d/noted you your commission a month or later after your payment, please tell me. It has happened that i simply thought i had already sent it, or it hadn’t gone through, as i do make these sorts of mistakes sometimes. Larger commissions can take longer, but i’ll keep you updated.

. If asking for a custom, please have at least a theme,moodboard or color pallette and species idea ready. This is to ensure your satisfaction with the results and to give me an idea of what to go off of, im not extremely comfortable with full artistic liberty ;-;

. If one of my designs belongs to you, feel free to do ABSOLUTELY whatever you want with the design. If you traded / purchased it, it is yours, do whatever lol

. If you own a toyhou,se account, i’d appreciate if you could please credit me on site! My toyhou,se is L0STEDEN (with a zero, not an o). I like to keep track of my designs there! I know they aren’t all there and i cannot track all of my designs down, but please, if you can, do credit me on-site.

.i won’t directly sell designs to blacklisted / blocked people. If you own one of my designs however, feel free to trade or sell to anyone (including users mentioned above) you want, really. I cannot legally stop you from doing so

long story short i sadly missed the peakwing myo event by one hour  ,, because i got my timezone wrong- anyway- 

i’ve loved peakwings for so long,, and im quite mad at myslef for being dumb and missing the event

 i’d give my soul for a peakwing OR an unused myo slot! 
 i will be slighTLY picky-er with designs, because i can’t draw some things, but other than that,,

- Art (as much art as needed, really) here’s two examples of my most recent scene paintings, i am willing to go up to 2 fullbody characters per art piece)

-DA points (?) i’ve lended someone 500 points and another person 1500 points and im not exacrly sure when they’ll be able to gift said points back. When they do, i can offer up to 2100 points. I can try making more.
