Republic of Itholis

The Republic is the main hub of Vephan, where all manner of life congregate. Trade and life abound within the walls of this city. Governed by a republic, hence the name, the council members sit highest in the hierarchy of the city. There are three tiers to this city: Lower Itholis, Middle Itholis and Republic Circle. It is exactly as it sounds, depending on the tier you come from typically determines your class within the city, howeverm there have been a few known to pull themselves from poverty.
