A longterm Danganronpa campaign project that takes place in an alternate timeline in the DR universe where the first killing game never happens, featuring a new Ultimate system.


An alternate Danganronpa timeline where Junko Enoshima is arrested, imprisoned, and unable to enact her despairful plans, which domino effects into the creation of an Ultimate system that relies on genetics and allows for multiples of the same talent.

Part 1: Scarred Monarchy

Monokuma, bearing sentience due to the AI programmed in him, is one of multiple things taken into a police evidence locker following Junko's legal investigation. When he reactivates one night and escapes, it sets off a chain of events that leads to the creation of a new killing game in a distant castle, which is trapped in an artificial deadly blizzard.

The killing game reaches an early end due to the Guests' refusal to abide to it after some time, sending the operation to a screeching halt. A sudden, unexpected stampede of the castle's strange critters sends everything into disarray, leaving the future of the Guests and their overseers uncertain.

Part 1.5: Revenance Society

When the Castle Chema killing game falls apart, the operation's helmeted mastermind, the mysterious ur.sine, introduces their also-helmeted Associates to the Guests. The aptly-named Sinewave proposes a new challenge: find a way to dispell the killer blizzard outside, and an opportunity for freedom will be granted. The cast, now including some new faces, must learn to work together to explore the castle and beyond, in order to take down the gimmick-filled Blizzard Towers from the inside out, all while putting up with the antics and temptations thrown at them by the Monos and the Sinewave.

The killing game is over; a new, thrilling game awaits.
