ToS:

By owning a design created by me, user LavenderDoodles ("the Designer"), you ("the Owner") affirm to have read and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms of Use listed below. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use may result in a blacklist and/ or a public service announcement.

Please note that Terms of Use may be subject to change without prior notice. These Terms of Use are in effect and up to date as of MAR 18, 2025.

These Terms of Use apply to all existing designs, made before or after any TOS change.

1. The Designer does not permit any designs to be used for NSFW, this includes suggestive, explicit, erotic roleplay, etc.
3. The Designer does not tolerate improper use of designs for problematic views, some of these views being (incest, pedophilia, dark romance, dub-con/non-con, etc.)
5. The Owner may make both major and minor edits to the design/ redesigns.
7. The Owner may regift the design.
9. The Owner may retrade the design only if the design was obtained via trade and/ or sale.
   2. If the Owner obtained the design as a gift/ for free, the design cannot be retraded unless additional value (i.e. commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery. This includes "freebie swaps."
      2. Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.
11. The Owner may resell the design for the same price as bought.
    2. The Owner may not resell the design for a higher price than bought unless additional value (i.e. commissions, personal art) has been added to the character's gallery.
       2. Free/ Gifted art (i.e. art received in which the Owner did not give anything in exchange) does not count as additional value.
13. The Owner may use the design for personal/ non-commerical use.
15. The Owner may use the design for commercial use only if discussed with the Designer beforehand.
17. The Owner may not claim the original design as their own.
19. The Owner may not claim the original artwork as their own.
21. The Owner may NOT make edits to the original artwork.
    2. This is blacklistable.
23. If uploading the original artwork off-site, credit to the Designer (LavenderDoodles) must be provided.
25. The Designer only claims ownership of the original design concept/ execution. The Designer does not claim ownership to any redesigns and/ or the character/ associated character of the design.
27. If the Owner needs to private a design for whatever reason, they are to auth the Designer so they can continue to see it.
29. The Designer acknowledges that once a design is owned by the Owner, the design/ character no longer belongs to the Designer.
    2. The Designer may not "claim back" a design.
       2. If the design is deleted the Designer may reupload it and resell it. Due to it no longer existing. This is also blacklistable.
    4. The Designer may offer to trade and/ or buy the design back, to which the Owner maintains the right to refuse, with or without explanation.

• Too many accounts in use
• Other Personal reasons
• NON-appealable

You can only appeal from my blacklist after 2 years of being on it. To appeal:

Rules:

Rules may change as this account grows.

• You have to be subbed to LavenderDoodles in order to obtain ANY design
• You have to be subbed to Firefly0Wings in order to obtain any of their designs
• You have to be subbed to Renopine in order to obtain any of his designs
• If we deem you a character hoarder we will NOT hand over a design. Even if it is a fcfs or minigames.
  We may deem you a character hoarder if: you own over 500 characters, your unsorted page is over 10 pages long, we can see that other characters are not being used (at the least 75), or we see you joining other freebies too often.
  just ONE of these listed will NOT get you labeled a hoarder. it is a mix of it all together,
  If you already own a character and are deemed a hoarder - you are free to keep it. But you will not be accepted to play in games in the future or recive fcfs
• If you mention a large media character or franchise you will recive a warning and your comment will be deleted.
  On toyhouse, generally making references to other bigger known characters from games or media can get them taken down and we want to ensure that it doesn't happen. None of our designs and characters are or should be a character based character (cbc) but the admin wouldn't know that no matter how many disclaimers that are put up. If you do this too frequently or enough times (up to 5), you will end up blacklisted. We want to ensure that the character is safe from deletion and that it can be enjoyed.
