Overview

Unable to pay the bills, Kouta has no choice but to find a cheaper housing. During his quest, he stumbles on a mysterious flyer praising the comfortable life of a certain city known as Redel, a mysterious secluded city that only welcomes mutants with strange abilities known as the Infected.

After  finding no extra information about the city however, Kouta has no  choice but to go there by himself to figure whether the sayings are true  or not.
