commissions

• Do not try to haggle prices, I may go lower for special events/holidays but my prices are set at what they are for a reason.
• do not pay before I finish, I prefer you pay once I'm done, I won't give you the full/unwatermarked art until paid.
• due to mental health I may end up having to cancel or put a hold on your comms, I tend to lose motivation easy, this is the same reason for why they're rarely open.
• I will NOT draw NSFW, humanoids, anything k!nk related, political pieces, or anything promoting anti-lgbtq or racism.

characters

• NEVER offer on anyone in the mains folder unless I specifically say you can.
• If a character has a set price on their profile, do not try to offer less than that worth, if trading, though, I might take a character labelled with lower worth if I like the character better.
• If it is a design I made, I do ask that you don't heavily redesign them, small redesigns are ok as long as they're recognisable.
• While I usually only ask those I trust to do so, if I ask for you to keep the lore (usually it'll just be the general idea I want you to keep) before you buy the character, don't just turn around and change the lore anyway please.
• I'd prefer you don'y kin my characters, nor use their art/designs in any way

Art

• do not trace my art. I don't mind referencing it as long as it isn't heavily referenced.
• do not delete my art, I don't mind you removing it from your character's profile or anything like that but do not remove it entirely.
• If my art does not have a watermark (art intended to be personal is the main one that wont), don't remove it or try to hide it. If you use or post my art anywhere, make sure you credit me.

Other

• If drawing my characters, make sure to check design notes if they have any, they might have things clarified or not shown on their refs.
• Do not ship my characters with another unless you ask.
• Do not draw NSFW of any characters, mild NSFW might be ok on humanoids but please ask me first.

FREE designs may not be sold or traded unless commissioned art has been added.

Designs obtained via TRADES may not be resold but can be traded.

Designs obtained via SALES may not be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value.
