I can't believe I forgot to make a bulletin about this but for anyone who doesn't know, Vero is one of my very first and oldest OCs despite only being on TH for only a few years. She is like from 2015-2016? It's hard to hard to say. But she has been with me like 2/5ths of my life! And now, she has an official plushie (and has officially skyrocketed to my most money valuable OC with a single purchase lmaoo)
One day I will code her profile and you guys will get to know lore I wrote when I was like 12 🫡

2023 has been an extremely hard year for me, possibly one of the worst I have had in a while. (Top 3, for sure)
It's been filled with very many painful moments in my personal life and issues within my family circle. Just this Christmas Eve, we spent it at a funeral for a family member who passed suddenly and many years too soon
This is why I couldn't be more grateful to be surrounded by my friends and family who care about me, and who have been kind to me throughout the year. Seriously, I don't know where I would be without the kindness they have shown me. It's really difficult to put into words how happy I am to call my friends, my friends. I love all of you so, so dearly. You know who you are, I'll make it all up to you guys one day
So glad this year is over. I hope the next one is kinder to me
(But if it isn't, I know who I can count on)

It's been a minute since I posted a random topic bulletin. Today I wanted to ask about closed species to everyone. How do you feel about them?
Personally if it's like a semi-closed kinda thing, and it's relatively easy to obtain MYOs (for example, species you can draw to get fake currency for traits n shit?) I tend to let off the hook. Because like if you want to build a community for them and make sure everyone behaves decent that is a whole other thing
But I seriously can't stand those popular species where you are pretty much guaranteed to have to drop a whole paycheck to even get the rights to make one,, or ones where you can only exclusively get them in adopt batches made by the owner. There are certain ones where I am like "Man I would love an OC like that" but like I just don't make a design out of fear or getting harassed by the species enthusiasts lol. But like idk every day I get closer to saying fuck it and downloading some closed species refs out of spite
UNRELATED to the above. I have been so busy lately with work and whatnot. Did not mean to just straight up die when I had a raffle I was supposed to end like a hot minute ago. Hoping to actually put a wheel together and draw the winner soon. I appreciate everyone who entered patience sm 💖 My motivation has been low, but I'll try and get more design raffles up sometime eventually
