The Guardian Angels

The Guardian Angels is a secretive rescue facility, helping those who want a second chance even if they don't deserve it. The Goal of TGA is to help and fix those who've been wronged. They have many hidden scientific laboratories working on various projects to help benefit these goals. Their current focus is on medicine, psychiatrics and Portal travel.
