Threat Level 2 - These Anomalies pose mild mass-threat. Most of these anomalies are unpredictable, and have presented threats in the past, by accident or otherwise. These anomalies can be moved down to Threat Level 1, provided they exhibit "good behavior". While they are mostly restricted to their cell, they can make requests for various entertainment (tv, a ball, a game, etc.) These requests must be approved by the Moderators to be granted.
