I wanted to address the reason why my characters are hidden at the moment, whether people are wondering or not.
I am not comfortable/ mentally well, and I need a break from the social aspect. I am overwhelmed with current affairs, online and offline. A lot of it is personal and I will not be getting into it.
I'll still very much be online, and able to be reached, but I will not be allowing anyone outside of my close friends view my characters. Please do not ask to see my characters.
This extends to my characters on my storage account, other than the characters that are up for sale.

If you are interested in a character that isn't in either of these places, I'd personally like it if you do not offer. I may not respond to offers right away, or I might ignore them if I'm not interested. However I'll do my best to respond regardless. Thank you for understanding.

These Terms of Service cover any design directly, created by me. Whether an "Adopt "/ "adoptable", commission or (re)sale by owning those designs from me you automatically agree to the following terms;

♡ cannot be resold for more than it was originally obtained for, unless there is a Substantial amount of art.
(whether by you or others ) In which case it will count towards the price of the character

♡ You are allowed to redesign, as long as it isn't a complete overhaul of the character

♡ I ask that you do not split my designs.

♡ I ask that you keep my designs on Toyhouse, and that I am able to see them.

》♡ please remember to notify me if you do happen to sell a design off site, so that I may be able to keep track of my designs. Thank you.

◇ Characters / designs/ art are not to be used in a blockchain
◇ characters/ designs may be used commercially with character credits properly given.

I can't control what you do after obtaining my designs HOWEVER you will be immediately added to my blacklist if you use my designs inappropriately and/ or do not follow my terms of service. Examples of inappropriate usage of my designs:
💔 Using my design(s) in/ for hate speech.
💔 Pedophilic, incestuous, bestiality, or other similar content.
💔 Splitting my designs without my permission
