Aww thank you for the compliment! For tips, I would recommend starting simple, try to get a hold of the basic human anatomy first. So don't focus on drawing complex clothes/hair etc, it's going to be too much at once (clothes and hair are complex on their own aha.)

Trying to replicate real life references is the best way to get a solid grasp on a lot of things, like anatomy, proportions, posing. So drawing based on pictures of people walking, running, standing etc is a really good way to get a solid base. Same with hands, if you can take pictures of your own hand(s) in various positions (flat front and back, fist, peace sign, etc), and trace over them, (tracing is ok if it's for learning, the only bad thing with tracing is if you trace someone else's art and claim it as your own) it'll give you a good understanding of form and how the fingers bend and move, etc. There are also a lot of hand references out on the internet!

And for picking a style (ex, cartoony or anime style) once you have a good grasp on basic anatomy/proportion, I'd say look at the art you like! Not necessarily to imitate it, but it's easier to find out what we like through looking at many different things. As a general tip, looking at art overall is really good, there's always going to be something new out there that inspires and motivates us. And don't be afraid to experiment! With shading, lining, etc, it's a great way to figure out your own style by testing what you like and don't like!

Like I see you're a fan of Genshin (hello from NA server). One thing that could be interesting that I used to do when I was younger, was picking a drawing i liked (usually manga covers or pokemon cards lol) and then trying to replicate it on a bigger canvas. Maybe doing that with ex: Genshin characters could help you get more familiar with drawing human anatomy? It's also good practice for proportion, scale, hand coordination, and probably more aha. Tho Genshin characters are a bit on the complex end with the clothing, so maybe don't start with those xD
