• Payment is through paypal USD only.
  • I will only start on a commission after I've received the full payment.
  • I don't do holds. But I will wait max. 24h for the payment to come through (and if it didn't, I'll reopen the slot)
• I have the right to decline any order and it's not a must to tell you the reason (though on most cases I would).
• You must fill the form correctly.
  • You must DM me here on TH, twitter or instagram to claim a slot. If you message me somewhere else, you may be ignored.
• When ordering, please send the reference of your character. It must be fullbody and full colored! I won't accept: 3D models with complex desings/too much detail, non-fullbody images (chibis are ok tho), descriptions.
  • If the reference is on TH, please make sure to send an unwatermarked reference (or at least one with a watermark that doesn't cover the whole image).
  • If the image is not clear enough (ex: low resolution, or too small that makes it hard to see the details), it will be rejected.
• If I have to credit someone else for the design or the character's species, let me know!
• If your character has a complex design, it will generate extra charges or may be declined if it's too difficult for me.
  • All the extra charge details are listed in each commission list.
• You may ask for wips or updates if I haven't finished your piece at least three weeks after you paid for the commission. But once I get the sketch done, I'll show you them so you can give me your approval to continue.
• After you've received the finished art, if there's any minor detail you don't like (ex: a missed detail, an uncolored spot, something placed wrong, etc.) you can ask me to change it and I'll fix it right away! But please, if you see a mistake when I show you the sketch, please let me know in that moment! There are no refunds after I've finished your piece.
• You may reupload or share my artwork everywhere, but you must give me the respective credits and link back to my social media. You can't use my art in any other way! This includes: Commercial use, claiming it as yours, tracing, editing, copying, etc.
  • If you upload my art to TH, please credit my TH account: MDPaint
• And yes, you can ask for the PSD file for any drawing you receive from me. But if you want me to edit a color or something on it, feel free to ask! I want you to have exactly what you were expecting, so don't be afraid of asking for corrections.

• Los pagos son por paypal (USD) únicamente.
  • Solo empezaré una comisión después de haber recibido el pago completo.
  • No hago holds. Pero esperaré máximo 24h para que recibir un pago (y si no fue así, reabriré ese puesto)
• Tengo derecho a rechazar cualquier orden y no estoy obligada a decirte el motivo (aunque en la mayoría de los casos lo haría).
• Debes llenar el form correctamente.
  • Debes enviarme un mensaje directo aquí en TH, twitter o instagram para reclamar un puesto. Si me mensajeas en algún otro lugar, podrías ser ignorado.
• Al hacer una orden, por favor envía la referencia de tu personaje. Debe ser fullbody y a color. No aceptaré: modelos 3D con diseños complejos/muchos detalles, imágenes no-fullbody (pero los chibis están bien), descripciones.
  • Si la referencia está en TH, por favor asegúrate de enviar una imagen sin marca de agua (o por lo menos una con una watermark que no cubra toda la imagen).
• Si debo dar créditos a alguien más por el diseño del personaje o su especie, dímelo.
• Si tu personaje tiene un diseño complejo, generará cargos extra o podría ser rechazado si lo encuentro muy difícil de dibujar.
  • Todos los detalles sobre cargos extra están visibles en cada lista de comisiones.
• Puedes pedir wips y actualizaciones si no te he contactado por lo menos dos semanas después de que pagas por la comisión. Pero una vez tenga el boceto listo, te lo enseñaré para que lo revises y me des tu aprobación para continuar.
• Después de recibir la pieza terminada, si hay algún detalle menor que no te gustó (ej: un detalle faltante, un área sin colorear, algo mal ubicado, etc.) puedes pedirme que lo cambie y haré el ajuste enseguida. Pero por favor, si ves el error cuando te he enviado el sketch, por favor avísame en ese momento (sería mucho más difícil editar una pieza ya terminada). No habrá reembolsos si ya he terminado tu pieza.
• Puedes resubir el arte comisionado en cualquier sitio, pero debes darme los respectivos créditos, con un link a cualquiera de mis redes sociales ¡No puedes usar mi arte de ninguna otra manera! Esto incluye: Uso comercial, reclamarlo como tuyo, trazarlo, editarlo, copiarlo, etc.
  • Si publicas mi arte en TH, por favor da créditos a mi cuenta de TH: MDPaint
• Y sí, puedes pedirme el archivo PSD para cada dibujo que recibas de mi. Pero si quieres que edite un color o algo así, siéntete libre de preguntar. Quiero que recibas exactamente lo que esperabas, así que no temas pedir correcciones.
