Adoptable TOS:

• I only take Paypal and itunes gift cards as a payment so no da poitns / cashapp and etc
• If you’re offering art, you have 2 months to complete the payment or the adopt will re open eventually 
• Payment must be upfront, USD only.
• If you don't pay within 24 hours  I'll take another offer.
• I can do holds for 1 week max. Backing out results in a block.

Trading, Selling, Gifting:

• You can resell my designs for the value they were purchased as well as commissioned art and personal art.
• Any edits to the design are fine i really dont mind lol.
• Feel free to create CS versions of my designs.
• Free/Gifted designs can not be resold unless they have commissioned art. 
• Co - owns are fine.
• You may only sell the adopt for more than it’s worth if it’s an emergency, just let me know before! 

Art:

• You may edit my art as long as it belongs to your character. 
• Please don't tokenize or make my art into an NFT (nonfungible token) . This includes any blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
• Please credit my art if posted elsewhere.
