Basic Design Rules

☆do NOT do any of these things with my designs pls: scamming, hate speech, nsfw, and other similar stuff. Thanks!

☆ EDITED: Keep the characters within toyhouse and do not sell them offsite please. That makes it so hard to track them and I'm just left wondering whatever happened to that character. :( free codes are always available right here if needed^^ However privating ocs is fine. You may authorize me or not depending on what's more comfortable for you. If not please do give me a heads-up :3

☆Redesigns are okay, just try to keep them somewhat recognizable [chaging feral ocs to anthro, anthro ocs to human etc, is totally allowed]

☆for commercial use speak with me beforehand to discuss^^

Trading/Selling

☆Do not resell the character for a higher price if there is no additional artwork. [very side note but the additional art should be either commissioned or made by you. Free art doesn't count towards the worth.]

☆gifting/trading is okay. !! freebies with no additional art can be traded/gifted but not sold for any currency ‼️

Final note

breaking these rules would NOT cause me to revoke the design, however I'd like you to follow this TOS anyway. And i dont wanna blacklist more ppl:(..... Thank you for reading this far and your consideration!!! ♡

Commissions/art requests:

☆If you ordered a sketch/lineart from me you are allowed to color it in lol. i dont mind it at all but please do not forget to add me as credit. [example: lineart/sketch by: marinefish]
