What are your tos for buying/selling your designs? (i.e. DA points, characters, art, etc.)

_{Please do not resell or buy a design listed for higher than they'd/you purchased it! If you got it via character trade, you cannot sell it, if you got it via art trade you can only exchange it thusly, and you are not permitted to sell a design for higher than the purchase price unless art was commissioned of the design, in which the price of the commission CAN be added to the piece.}
