Feel free to offer higher or lower for a character here, I'll choose whether or not to accept depending on a number of factors.
If a character is from a dollmaker site (like picrew) it will have a tag saying the name of the site it's from. Those characters will either be free, DTA, WTA or tradeable. 

If a character is on a base, the creator of the base will usually be added in the credits of an image. Most of the time, these characters can be sold. 

You can offer characters and art for ones characters up for sale, but you cannot offer money for characters up for trade.

Please don't feel offended if I reject your art or character offer -- I am very picky with art and with characters. It's nothing personal, promise
