Repeatedly asking about main account characters can lead to you being blocked. You can only ask about them if they've been moved to my storage account.

You can start off by selecting a skin color in the base section on the left. After that, you can look up items by using the "all types" drop-down to look for specific item types, and the search bar to search for keywords or color palettes. No need to use the other two drop-downs.
Some arm/leg items may have different options. These are usually to select the skin tone of the item, so I suggest trying them out until you get the right skin tone. When you're done, simply press "save image".
