High up in the sky is a floating island chain made of crystal named Tempeste. It's one of the central hubs of Nightfair and the center of the fragment of dreams.
The tallest building in Tempeste is home to the high council of angels ruling over the floating islands directly under Artemis' rulership. Not all of them are as benevolent as the others.
Heartcrest owns the largest chain of hospitals in Nightfair. With it's main headquarters operated entirely by angels, the most suitable location for it is within Tempeste.
