Need some advice on what to do about a business not fulfilling my order for over a year, so I can't do a chargeback on PayPal due to the 90 day policy but also the business owner doesn't reply to me or has the money to refund me ;o;

I had made an order in June 2021 on their website, went to check in November 2021 and it was gone, inquired about it and they had a new website/offered to transfer my order to that website  

Checked in on Nov 2022 and the new website was gone too/replaced with a car company

I really don't know what to do because it was a $120 order and they're a small business/was advertising their website to afford rent, so I wanted to help out but my order still hasn't had any update ever since 😭

What sucks too is that they've had customers get their products months later and even post pics on Twitter and I'm wondering if I'm just some outlier? 😭  Maybe my package just never got delivered or delivered to the wrong place? I never got a shipping update so I really dunno

Looking them up and a few customers say they're a scam cause money goes directly to them and they order the products from the manufacturer later instead of it going straight to the manufacturer 😭  mannnn...

So I've been notified that this user has me as their "friend" on a list somewhere but I wanted everyone to know that I don't associate with them at all nor do I condone proshipping stuff 

So if you see me on anyone else's friends list that's a problematic person, I most likely am unaware and appreciate any warnings given to me!

Clarification edit: I wasn't following them before I was notified of their proshipping stuff, so I honestly don't know who they are/have never interacted with them. It's more than likely that they followed me and put me on a "this is who I'm subscribed to" kind of "friends list" cause I honestly have no idea who they are

I got hit with a $75 chargeback from the person in the tweets here but I'm unsure if it would be resolved or not since they assured me it would be fixed ;; I'm a little worried but if it doesn't work out, I have some adopts currently for sale

Hello all!

As you've noticed, I'm no longer hiding my characters/art via authorizations mostly due to inconveniences with sharing things with users without a Toyhouse account and my boyfriend (who doesn't have an account nor wants one/uses one because he barely has any characters anyways, and I'm not gonna force him lol)

I do give him a generated character key for his own personal use though, as well as anyone I commission that doesn't have an account! In the meantime, I've instead thumbnailed every image that isn't a reference of my characters, and only logged-in users are allowed to see my characters (except the ones for sale obviously)! Hopefully this should also deter some people from stealing my characters, though I'll probably authorize Ginger and other important sonas for my own sake lol

So yeah, just wanted to let you guys know what's up and to keep this as a "heads up" bulletin on my front page lol
