By commissioning me you are agreeing to knowing and understanding my TOS 

You must be 18+ to commission me, I will not work with minors. 

I will NOT work with anyone promoting/engaging in Racism, homophobia, zoophiles, pedophiles, Nazis, or any form of hate. 

I will NOT draw

• anything to do with any of the above
• Feral (I’m bad at it)
• Heavily detailed mech/machines

I will draw

• Anthro of any species
• Pokémon
• Digigrade
• Humanoids (like dnd characters) 
• Suggestive/ pin up style
• Any body type/race/gender

• I take payment UPFRONT only! No work will be started until payment is made. All my prices are in USD and I only accept payment through PayPal Invoices or my Ko-fi. Please note, prices of commissions are a base price. Price may increase with character complexity, complex clothing, additional characters etc. I will quote you the final price before you pay. 

• I reserve the right to refuse work for whatever reason I see fit. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and provide a refund. 

• my work can take anywhere between 2 weeks to 2 months MAX! Please be patient! I will send updates in real time as I work on a commission. Once I’ve started a commission it will be done in 1-5 days depending on how big it is. 

• I can provide a refund if the commission has not been started, However asking for a refund before 2 months is up will land you on my personal blacklist of people I won’t work with in the future. Please be absolutely sure you want to commission me. If the commission has been started I will NOT offer any form of refund. Please understand this before committing to commissioning me. If there is an emergency and I’m not able to finish your commission a partial refund can be discussed. 

• MY ART IS NOT TO BE USED FOR AI/NFTS IN ANY WAY!

• My art you’ve commissioned is not for commercial use, personal use only! If you’d like to commission me for an art piece you’d like to use commercially an additional cost can be discussed. You must tell me this UPFRONT

• I will send WIPs of the sketch, line art, and final piece. If changes become extremely excessive (more than 7-10) I will start to charge $5 per change. *** (THIS ESPECIALLY APPLIES TO CUSTOM DESIGNS) If I have missed markings or colours on your OC in the final piece please let me know, I will change those too free of charge. 

• I reserve the right to all my art pieces to use to promote myself (ex: use as commission examples) if you’d like to keep your piece private and not posted anywhere PLEASE tell me before hand. 

Adopt/ custom design TOS

• ALWAYS CREDIT ME FOR THE DESIGN

• All Adopts are final sale!

• I do NOT do payment plans for anything under $300. I will only accept short holds for designs over $100. I’ll only do Holds or payment plans for 2 weeks max. 

• You may not sell a design by me for more than you paid UNLESS there is additional art (commissioned, traded, or self drawn) all add value to a design. Gift art does not count! 

• traded designs can be resold

• redesigns are okay! You can even edit the original piece I drew HOWEVER, the original MUST stay with the design and cannot be resold as a new character. I must still be credited for the original design and art. 

• Designs DO come with commercial rights! You must however make new art of the design to be used commercially and the original piece I drew cannot be used commercially just the design! This means I’m okay with them being made into pins, plushies, premade fursuits, etc for profit!
