The ISPA

The ISPA(Inhuman special Protection Agency) is a spy orginsation that focuses on protecting the Adnormal population against the horrors that the APA(Abnormal Protection agency) would inflict on them. The ISPA was created by a set of twin sisters, Ivy Mista and Layla Knight.
