Calista dislikes Velorana for the spite the holds for the other wives, and how obsessed she is with her kids being heir. She doesn't like how it seems her children are more like tools to her instead of being treated like family. She couldn't care less about her kids being heir as they aren't tools to her.

Mezma is indifferent about Lyuma besides any formal business. While it's true, her kingdom is very wealthy she also has wealth and doesn't see a reason to try and win her favor as it seems she's already well regarded by Lyuma.

Nozuk was a citizen of her kingdom before he was orphaned and adopted. He often is requested to represent the order while dealing with her as she feels more comfortable talking with a former citizen than someone who she didn't know prior.
