Welcome to my Kalon AU! In this AU, the Universe consists of many planets that are connected through portals. There is one planet with portals to all other planets. So if you want to get from one planet to another, you need to go through it to the portal planet so you can go to the planet you want to. Every portal has is unique and depends on the planet it leads to.
