PAYMENT
- Payment through paypal only. Prices are always in USD (United States dollar). All purchases are final!
- Buyer must be able to pay for the design within 24-48 hours. I can hold a design for you (up to three days if absolutely needed)
- I as the artist reserve the right to choose who I conduct business with; Meaning I as the artist reserve the right to decline offers, and prompts to purchase rights to my work.

RESELLING TERMS
- Buyer may resell or trade the design. If reselling the buyer have to sell the design for the same price as they bought it for UNLESS there is commissioned art of said design.
- Make sure new owner is aware of the rules and conditions of the resold design!

ALTERATIONS
- Buyer is allowed to make a few small alterations to the original design, such as tattoos, scars, amputations, accessories and hairstyles. If you're unsure about planned changes, don't hesitate to contact me!
- Buyer may decide details regarding the design such as name, sex, personality etc.

OWNERSHIP OBLIGATION
- Artist’s name/stamp must stay intact on the art piece. If cropping to do thumbnails for character profiles,(such as Toyhouse thumbnails or using as an avatar) this rule don't have to be followed.
- Credit me for original design.
- Designs bought may only be of personal use; Meaning, you are allowed to fabricate stories, Roleplay or make private novels with the design.
- Buyer is not allowed to use bought adoptable for commercial use; Meaning, you as the owner are not allowed to make work of bought design with the intent purpose of gaining any kind of profit from it.
- Buyer is not allowed to make a design into species; Meaning, Buyer is not allowed make a design into a closed or open species for others to use, or for the purpose of make several altered versions of the design.
- Buyer is not allowed to edit the artwork I've done, changing image sizes is fine though.
- It's not allowed to make the design into an NFT.

FINAL TERMS
- Failing to comply to these terms and conditions will result in further measures taken and buyer will be revoked ownership of the design without refund and put on a blacklist.
- Don't hesitate to ask me if you are unsure about anything regarding the adopts!
- Guidelines/rules may be added in the future, or existing ones might change.
