Detroit Become Human
Plot/Storyline - Setting : Post Pacifist Route/Survivors Ending
The year is 2040.
Socially, economically, politically, Humankind still trying to navigate proper course in the wake of the Civil Rights Movement for Androidkind, which took place two years prior. While difficult at first, most humans have come to accept the notion that man is now the co-dominant species on the planet, and that they must share the Earth with their own creation.
However, that delicate balance is threatened when a radical militant automaton arrives on the scene - Ammon, a Myrmidon - claiming to be none other the heraldic liberator and messiah of lore: None other than rA9 himself.
His message? Androids are superior to man. Mechanoids are better than Homo Sapiens . The creation has surpassed it's creator, and unless they assert themselves as the rightful inheritors of the planet, then humans - arrogant, destructive, hedonistic beings that they are - will only drive this planet to it's destruction.
After all; 'Man will never rest until they've spoiled the Earth.'

THE HAND OF RA9 : The devout followers of Ammon; these are those who believe him to be the true prophetic liberator of android kind. The one who's coming was foreordained - heralded even, like wildfire, through their very programing/code: rA9 himself, in the synthetic-flesh. He is their messiah. The one promised to not only free them, but turn the tables, and bend mankind down to android will.
The Hand Of rA9 is comprised almost entirely of Androids, but surprisingly, there are a few Humans found amongst their ranks. Those aligned with this faction are in search of Recompense.

PILLARS OF JERICHO : Those who are staunchly in support of The Pillars Of Jericho. Or, at least, the three pillars which remain standing - Markus, Simon, and Josh - as North has, most egregiously, changed her allegiance to the party which wishes to insight violence against humans, if necessary, and to lord over them as their new rulers.
Those who side with Jericho are choosing the liberty and equality which was so hard-won, and understand the ramifications of continuing to fight in order to keep the current status quo; It means turning their backs on their fellow androids, and taking up arms against their own kind, if need be.
They are defenders of the Peace.

OFFICERS : These brave men and women - both human and android alike - are those who have aligned themselves with the noble cause of upholding law & order in the world of 2040.
The times have changed; After the series of peaceful protests two years prior, the US government begun to make the first real steps in amending it's civil laws in order to best reflect Androids' newly-recognized status as the co-dominant sapient species on the planet. As a result, many androids have elected to take up vocations, for proper compensation and wage, and police work is no exception.
Most of my officer characters are centralized in the DPD, but some of them may actually hold positions outside of Detroit. They are fighting for Justice.

CIVILLIANS : Your everyman. These are the men and women - both Human and Android - who make up the body of Detroit.
Many of them are still trying to get adjusted to the changes, and settle into the new delicate social balances;
Humans having to learn to go back to relying on themselves, as they no longer being able to 'own' androids. As well as learning to see man's creation as equal to man themselves.
Androids, conversely, must carve their own way in the world - Each one has been granted the liberty to walk their own path, and decided for themselves what they wish to do or be. What does being free look like?
During a time of great confusion and change, many of the Civilians will find themselves caught between polarizing political viewpoints and all different manner of rhetoric spewen from all sides.
When push comes to shove, will they choose to place their values in the ideologies of Recompense, of Peace, or of Justice?
