I'm gonna say that a 20 second PMV is gonna start at about $30 depending on complexity. Honestly, a lot of the price depends on complexity. Backgrounds, complex character designs, length, all that is gonna drive the price up a bit. You can also knock a bit off the price if you don't want color or clean lines.
