The Basics and T.O.S
- You are absolutely allowed to take Inspiration and/or reference from my work for learning purposes !!
^^ I simply ask you credit me properly as reference/inspiration !!
^^^ DO NOT trace or make a carbon copy of my work and/or designs without my permission and credit.
- Do not claim my work or designs as your own, I ask that you give full credit for any piece referring to my Instagram, Toyhouse or Tumblr !! (orbitiiny)
- If the piece has a watermark do not remove It under any circumstance.
(Typically applies to commission work)
Commissions and Trades
- I have the right to refuse and/or cancel commissions and trades at any point.
- I ask that payment Is made upfront with PayPal (f&f) or Cashapp In GBP (£), If it’s for a larger pieces payment plans can be discussed.
- I will do my best to keep you updated with the process, but keep In mind I’m currently a full-time college student and work outside of commissions/trades.
- If you have a deadline you wish for me to meet, for birthdays, holidays etc, DISCUSS THIS BEFORE YOU COMMISSION. I will turn down commissions/trades If I’m incapable of meeting this deadline.
^^ If you have a piece you do not want posted for my social advertisement and/or before a specific time, please discuss this with me prior. I’m prone to forgetting so remind me when the piece has been completed too.
- DO NOT use my art for commercial or advertisement use unless there is prior discussion as well as my consent and full credit for this !!
- DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use someone else’s commissioned piece/custom design for yourself UNLESS It has been commissioned/gifted for you !!!(Usually discussed before hand)
Refund Policy
- In relation to my work schedule, please be patient before demanding a refund as again, I’m relatively busy with college and/or work.
- My art turnaround does vary but It is typically 1-3 months, but again due to my schedule that can be extended by a few months (which I will try discuss with you If that becomes the case).
- If there Is a lack of update In the first 3 months of your wait, you are allowed to ask for a refund!
^^ I will give a FULL refund If there’s been no start to your commission at all, BUT I will only give a partial refund If the sketch/lineart has been started !!
^^^ Please DO NOT chargeback!! If I do owe a refund I ask that you give me at least 24-72 hours to send the payment back!
What I draw/cannot draw
CAN - Furries, Ferals, Humans, Gore/Body Horror, Nudity/Mild NSFW
(18+ ONLY for ANY nsfw piece ID)
Cannot - Fetish content, Problematic Content (racist, sexist, homophobic, nazi imagery etc you get the drift), Mecha.
If there is anything you’re curious about that hasn’t been listed please contact me for further details on whether or not I’m capable of drawing something for you !!
Design T.O.S
- Refer to my basic guidelines at the top for the, well, basics!
- You are allowed to make MINOR changes to any of my designs owned by you!
^^ DO NOT make MAJOR changes to the design without prior discussion AND permission from me, If changes have been made and have not been discussed and agreed upon It could lead to you being added to my blacklist And the design revoked.
- If you’re trading or gifting a design I ask that It is written In the character logs, as well as this I ask that you don’t give the design away for free for any reason, regardless if it was a freebie or not.
^^ If you wish to sell one of my designs, do NOT sell it for any less than what you paid/traded for It UNLESS there has been added art from future art trades/commissions etc that will add to the characters worth as a whole.
- Blacklisted users may keep designs that have been given to them prior to being blacklisted, but If they do not want the design any longer I ask that It is returned to me and Is NOT traded, gifted, sold etc.

Vomitknives/Kittvn/Stickyponee and any other usernames It goes by!!
-personal reasons
-I don’t associate myself with these users any more whether it’s for personal or for professional reasons, I don’t mind if you do!!
^^I just ask that you don’t talk to me about them, what they’re up too, or anything personal about them,, i don’t want to know pff!
-Blacklisted users, again, may keep designs that they’ve owned prior to being blacklisted!
^ I simply ask that they are returned if they are returned if they are no longer wanted.
