Seirah's School

Seirah was the first person to establish a school focused on magic that accepts students from any world. It is very large and teaches a wide variety of ages. Magic techniques taught do not include magic diffraction users; schooling of magic diffraction users is different and typically handled by Sanlaily's organization on a smaller scale. Seirah's magic school is currently the only magic school known in the region.
