Faded Sapphires
The World of Faded Sapphires is a major military world that also functions as a general world. It is inhabited entirely by shadow cats, creatures composed partly of both type I and II shadow magic. Their structure is focused mainly on raising the strongest level shadow cats (although their idea of high level does not compare with some other military worlds which are much more motivated) without resorting to magic theft--at least, on the surface. The leader of The World of Faded Sapphires also owns other military worlds, although they are significantly smaller. Thus far, Northern Star has not successfully entered the world, although it is unknown whether that's due to an infiltration failure or simply a lack of bothering to attempt.

Crystalline River is near Cerulean Peak, but far down in the valley of the mountain. It is a strict city that holds both military rejects and the shadow cats' prisoners. Although to some it can come off as dreary and a bad place to be, some cats have willingly decided to hang around--but they all have a story to tell.
