Bidding takes place within the Toyhou.se character's comment page. Character will be transferred to the highest bidder within 48 hours after sale. Sales are final. If the highest bidder doesn't contact me within 72 hours after ending date, the winning offer will be forfeit and the character will be open to bidding again. After the highest bidder's first message, payment is due within a week from the message's time and date. If there is no payment within that week, the winning offer will be forfeit and the character will be open to bidding again.
If desired, I will remove the Toyhou.se link in the image, but not the signature/watermarks. Higher-res PNG images of the of the character will be available to the new owner upon request. NO REFUNDS.

Please don't bid an amount you don't intend to pay.
Please do not delete the "main reference" provided with character. Also, do not edit the original image unless it's adding a name. Alternate versions of the provided artwork can be provided upon request (E.G. transparent backgrounds)
Resales are allowed, preferably at the price the character was bought for, and also preferably after a week of ownership.
Since this TOS is set up to be fairly failproof, I don't expect any legal acknowledgement of the TOS. I however, have justification if you do not follow the bolded words. Especially considering I won't be transferring the character until I've been paid. However, if you did read it (or have suggestions) you can say so in your bidding post or DM me (since it's a just courtesy, this doesn't guarantee or retract any opportunity of winning the bid).
I would also like to be able to diplay the artwork that I drew of the character in portfolios/examples- Credits to ownership would be referred to the new owner, and if the new owner messages me to not display it as a portfolio piece, I won't.
