I have made TOS (this applies to all my characters, I had it this on my CS adopts but now I'm putting it here too), it's pretty basic but please make sure to follow it if you own my designs, thank you :)

• Do not steal characters that you do not own.
• It’s fine to be inspired by anyone I have created! Please don’t copy the design to the point that your design could be mistaken for mine. If you breed my characters, the children must not look nearly identical to the parents, breeding is still allowed though.
• Don’t resell for more than the character's worth without added art value. Don't sell for real money unless you obtained it that way or it has art value.
• Please credit me by my Toyhouse melodious if you upload here or anywhere else.
• Please do not sell my artwork.
• Please do not hide/delete any characters I designed. I use my previous designs to improve my new designs, and delete the files from the computer, so if I can’t see them, quality may drop.
• Do not use my art in NFTs or anything related to cryptocurrencies.
• Don’t use my characters for commercial usage unless I am clearly credited with my Toyhouse and we have talked it through.
• Do not draw NSFW of any characters I have on my account.
• You may remove watermarks at your own risk. I am not responsible if the character was stolen because you removed a watermark.
• Please PM me if the character cannot be transferred, sometimes I forget to change it when I trade a character.
