Is anyone else encountering an issue with the colors on their toyhouse images?

for some reason my images keep getting desaturated whenever I upload them.
I don’t think it’s an iPad display issue? I don’t use any nightshift or truetone filters.
I use Procreate, and after doing a google search tells me maybe the JPG upload might make it desaturated like that??
