I have no idea how he manages to make it look like the glass is dancing as he forges his artwork but DANG. It's incredible to watch.
Aisling's been great. Even modified her forge so I could use it for glassblowing alongside her and Tasha forging and repairing things!
Honestly, I used to hate pirates. But after saving Southpaw’s life, and living with him, well. He’s helped me overcome that.
I owe my life ta Jörmungandr. If he hadn’t found and fished me outta the brink I’d’ve been fish food fer sure.
Pearling with the reincarnates is like watching kids on their first Easter egg hunt. Every. Single. Time. I feel like a proud parent, heh.
Pearling! Wooo!!
If you spill coffee on my books one more time, then demon or not, I WILL END YOU.
Tch. Reapers always think so highly of themselves - even rivaling the arrogance of mortals at times! Still, he reminds me of Sora...and that's not a good thing. Perhaps I will be more careful in the future...
I swear, if he blows through my library and knocks ONE MORE bookcase over...
He needs to loosen up a bit - sheesh, it's like being a collector of souls requires you to be grumpy! He should take a page out of Mateo's book and mellow out.
That rat needs to learn his place. Yokai or not, he's an embarrassment to the name of demons. Bah, yokai are just an embarrassment in general...
Trust me, Yokai like me are more than used to the scorn of 'proper demons'. The narrow-minded fools - there's more than one kind of demon out there, and if they think we're only demons in name, well. They've got another thing coming.
Aisling brought me to her home, when I was lost and wandering and had nowhere to call home. Because of her, I was reunited with Sage Ismene and Chief Clawtooth. I don't know if I would've found them on my own.
I met Faolan after helping Sage Ismene out a few times, and even before she became a full-fledged lion warrior, it was impossible to mistake her for anything other than Clawtoothian.
He's a butthole, but he's secretly nice inside. Mostly. Sometimes. Okay, rarely, but he still is.
He's an irritating brat, though I have to admit, throwing a magic stone at Lord Malthus was a stroke of genius. I can respect that. However, a nugget of gold in a trash can does not make the trash can golden.
Pranking people is the best! I wonder if Caspian will let me borrow a stone to hit 'im with...he did it to that Malthus guy, after all.
Insufferable brat.
Bel's mean, but that's just cause he's pretending he don't care 'bout us. He didn't hafta take me to the gala, but he did and it was fun! He complained a lot, but I think he secretly liked it.
How are you even still alive? Oh wait, you aren't.
Pearling!! Yes, let’s go!
Ephemera’s always excited about going pearling. I’d thought she and the others would get bored of it, especially since pearls aren’t exactly common, but nope. It’s a treasure hunt, she says.
He’s a PIRATE. Granted, he’s not a pirate anymore, but still. Blasted treasure thieves...they’re never up to any good. Always raiding and stealing things, or trying to.
...She has a problem wi’ me.
As a druid, I’m more attuned to the land than the sea, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a part of me. I was born to sail, and sail I do.
I respect Kahjah - any captain of the seas is worthy o’ respect in my book. True, she’s more at home in tha’ forests an’ mountains, but put ‘er on a boat and it’s like she was born from the sea.
Finding out she loves building mechanical toys with us was a real treat. Now, if only she could stop hating Southpaw, everything would be perfect.
I don’t HATE Southpaw, I just...don’t like him. I really wish Sora would stop bringing that up. It’s a lot more fun to be with him when he isn’t pestering me about it.
