Commission Types

I will open slots again later in the month! I want to get through my current queue!

The following terms and conditions will be applied regardless if read or not. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to these terms.

♡ GENERAL ♡

• I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason.
• I hold the rights to use my artwork as samples for future commissions, graphics, merch (with the exception of original characters), and post them on my socials. If you do not want the work posted, message me.
• No refunds unless there is a problem on my end in which I must discontinue the commission, or I cannot complete the order in time. I cannot give refunds on work I've already completed.
• For payment, I take PayPal, Ko-Fi, CashApp and Venmo. Full payment is due upfront. Payment plans can be worked out for bulk orders, a minimum total of $80 is required for a payment plan.
• The commission is for personal use only (see below). You cannot claim it as your own, or use my art to make a profit without discussing with me beforehand.
• Personal use: using as icons, cropping and resizing for social media, printing the art for yourself, and anything that does not violate my rights and ownership. Ask if you're unsure! You must credit and link back to me when using.

♡ ARTWORK ♡

• I will draw: Cute girls/boys, complex outfits, furries, simple armor (may have an upcharge depending on the armor), child OCs, OCxCanon, backgrounds, and off a written description (for an added fee)
• I will not draw: Complex armor, mecha, anthros, nsfw, realism/alternative styles, very buff people, anything anti LGBT+//racist etc
• If unsure, please ask for clarification beforehand!
• If sending a text-only reference, there will be a $5 - $15 fee. This does not apply to custom design orders.

♡ COMMISSION PROCESS ♡

• Commissions may take anywhere from 14 - 21 days to complete, unless it is the summer. If you wish to have it done sooner, please see the rush order information.
• I will do my best to send a sketch no later than 3 weeks from the date of purchase, unless you ask for a rush order. If you do not get a sketch within the 3 weeks feel free to reach out to request an update!
• If a reply to the sketch is not given, I will continue in my line and you will receive another update the following week, depending on my order quota.
• If it has been more than 3 weeks and I am unable to complete the sketch, the client will be given the option of a full refund or to continue waiting. Your patience is deeply appreciated!

♡ RUSH ORDERS ♡

• If you need the finished piece in less than 14 days, a rush fee will be applied to the total price.
• The rush fee is $2.50 per day from 14 days.
• Example: You need it in 5 days for a birthday gift. 14 days - 5 days = 11 days. 11 days x $2.50 = $27.5 rush fee.)

♡ Adoptable Policies ♡

• You may change any aspect of the adopt, unless the change is skin color, hair texture type, or species changes. The last may be done if discussed with me before the change is made official. 
• You may resell, regift, and trade the adoptable to someone else if you decide you no longer like the design. Please note that if the new owner is someone on my blacklist (tba), you may not sell or trade to this person. 
• Credit me anywhere and everywhere that you sell the adoptable. All of my socials are on my front page!
• If I found someone has broken a rule or has stolen my adopts, unless a good explanation is given, they will be added to my blacklist, and will not be able to purchase adopts from me in the future.
