I do not currently take commissions. Feel free to check back!

- Do not steal my designs, claim you made them, etc.

- Do not steal the base nor claim you made it. Credits to the base maker will be in the image credits.

- Do not copy my designs or heavily reference them. Colour picking is fine.

- Do not private my designs unless asked previously for permission. Do not remove them from ToyHouse. Do NOT give them to anyone that does not own a ToyHouse.

- Do not post or use my designs on Amino. That place is filled with thieves.

- Co owning my designs is fine, but I will not get involved with disputes.

- If you bought a design from me with money, you may resell them for the amount you paid for them. If received in a trade, they are worth NOTHING. Any art made, received, bought, etc. may add worth to the design, but do not scalp my designs, and do not inflate art worth to sell them for more.

- Cool down after buying a design of mine is 1 week / 7 days. You may not sell them before this time, but you may trade them / gift them to someone else.

- Do not use my designs in raffles.

- Please check a redesign with me before doing a major redesign of the character (small details is fine, you don't have to ask if it's small like a hair colour change, a removal of a minor pattern, or an eye colour change). I want to make sure the design looks similar enough.

- Don't use my designs for hate speech art, zoophilia art, pedophilic art, taboo kink art (ageplay, incest, etc.), religious propaganda (holiday art / wearing a cross around the neck does not count, I mean majorly religious content or advertisements) etc. I WILL revoke the design ownership and resell them if you do this.

- Do NOT draw NSFW with my designs if you're underage. I don't care what the age of consent is in your state / country, the 18+ rule applies on my page for everyone. If you're caught making NSFW content of my designs under the age of 18, you will be blacklisted from future designs of mine. (Artistic nudity does not count towards this rule, although it does count on ToyHouse. I mean sexual / suggestive content. Drawing non-suggestive body parts should not be considered NSFW as it means all body parts are inherently sexual no matter the context, and I do not agree with that).

- Do not gift, trade, sell, etc. my designs to anyone on my blacklist. YOU are responsible for checking my blacklist before trading / selling / gifting a character. If you give them to someone on my blacklist, YOU will be responsible for getting them back and are at risk for being blacklisted.
