I'm not sure what possessed me to use this username ahaa, but eh whatevs.

Attention to adoptable owners!
I have a very specific TOS that must be followed.

1. Adoptables are defined by the selling of characters to a potential buyer. These are including but not limited to, eggs, items, clothing, body parts, whole characters clothed, whole characters unclothed. By purchasing an adoptable you agree to the following terms. If these terms are broken then the adopt will be re-claimed and you will not be refunded.

A. You may re-gift your adoptable but you must not re-sell them for more than the initial price.
B. If you re-sell your adopt them you must notify the artist (me) so they can keep track. The new owner must be linked to my TOS and they must also obey this TOS.
C. The adoptables will not be for commercial use. For instance if you plan on writing a whole book about them that's fine but you can not sell that book or any products that contain the character. (the artist prices out adoptables for personal use. If you'd like to build a commercial use character please present a different commission to the artist.)
D. The adoptables will not be used for underage porn of any kind, or any porn that can resemble underage porn.
E. The adoptables will not be used for the degradation of any sex, race, ethnicity, sexuality, political or religious views.
