I've been fairly quiet for a while, but that shall be coming to an end soon. Now that I'm done with an apartment move that was far more stressful than it should have been, I'm looking forward to getting back to creating! Drawing, coloring, writing, crafts, learning coding, whatever. Right now my creative outlet is being funneled into arranging my new and improved living space and working on my Animal Crossing island for a less physical outlet.
I'm refreshed and I'm excited!
I'm in the midst of organizing myself and getting back into creating (particularly drawing and writing). As of tonight I have a nice placeholder for a directory for my adoptables I'll be sending out into the world. I thought it'd be a nice place to collect info on what all the different little guys are should you spot them about. I'll also soon be updating some pages on here as well as updating my presence on DeviantArt, InkBlot, etc. I need to up my coordinative efforts across platforms and sort what should go where...when did hanging out online become so complicated?
Regardless, fun stuff is happening, so stay tuned!

I'm never quite sure what to write in these things, to be honest.
I'm a nonbinary transmasc geek who enjoys creative endeavors. I draw, write, and like making little arts and crafts (heck yeah perler beads!) as well. I love cats, LazyTown, decorating, MCU movies, rainbows, libraries, ACNH, reading, The Golden Girls, the paranormal, RPGs, and drinking Pepsi products out of Coke glasses (because I'm such a rebel).
Lil Bit o' Background Info...
I am definitely an adult, despite my interest in various children's media. So, some of my art or favorites might be 18+ content. I will do my best to keep my own art listed for verified users only, but I don't think there's any way for me to regulate what others might see when looking at my favorites list, so you have been warned. I have two derpy fat cats and currently live in Texas (h.e.l.p. m.e.). I'm aiming to be a published author within the next couple of years...but really need to finish a dang project first. You know, something besides fanfiction.

1. I reserve the right to refuse a sale/adoption/commission for any reason.I will turn down a commission if there are limitations on my time, current skill level or if I do not feel comfortable with the subject matter.
I do not tolerate abuse, prejudice, drama, etc. by commissioners. I am not obligated to draw subject matter I find uncomfortable. -
2. NEVER claim my work as your own.I don't care if you bought an adoptable or commission; you did not create the piece. Give proper credit to artists and do not use them for your own monetary gain.

3. If you have references for a commission subject, please supply them.If I don't know what target to aim for, don't be surprised if the result is off the mark. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

4. I can accept payment through either PayPal or Venmo.Once your reservation has been confirmed, you can send payment through the platform of your choosing. Please do not send payment until you receive said confirmation.
Be sure to identify what the payment is for (copy/pasting the URL of the character in a message, along with your username, is enough). -
5. If purchasing an adoptable, you MUST also follow any additional rules pertinent to that species/series.Specifics will be detailed on the main page or world for each species/series. You are welcome to create backstories for adopted characters and use them in RPs, but further uses may vary.

6. You may not use my artwork in any commercial capacity, outside of reselling a character (on ToyHou.se only).If you do resell a character, it cannot be sold for more than its original sale price and you must let me know of the exchange.
Adoptables can only be resold if their species/series TOS allow it. I keep records of those who possess adoptables I have created and like to keep the information up to date. -
7. I retain the rights to the use and/or display of images created by me for promotional purposes.I may still wish to display artwork that I create online as art examples, promotional material, ToyHou.se icons/avatars, etc. after the sale of the piece. This is not a statement of claim for any characters therein I did not create (your OC, pop culture characters, etc.), simply a reservation that I be able to continue to use material I created for my own personal use or promotion.
