Commission Rules: Orders are accepted only after written confirmation by me. The client must provide a detailed description of what they want for their commission, including dimensions, colors, characters, etc. The client must pay a 50% deposit of the total amount of the commission before I start working. The balance must be paid upon delivery of the commission. The delivery deadline will be agreed between me and the client when the order is confirmed. Changes made to the commission once work has started will be charged extra. The copyright remains mine and the commission may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without my prior consent. If the client cancels the order after I have started working on it, they will have to pay for the work already done. Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receiving the commission. I reserve the right to refuse an order if the requirements are not met or if the terms of the contract are not respected. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
