TOS (Terms of Service) By buying any adoptables or commission from me you agree with these terms of service. Please respect them. :)
This TOS is subject to change in the future. If you would like something clarified please contact me!

>Payment -I only accept payments through paypal unless you live in sweden then I may be able to also accept payment through other methods.
-After you have requested a commission or adopts or w/e I will send you a invoice through paypal
-Please try and pay with either USD or SK(Swedish Krona)
-All my prices will be specified in USD -I require payment before I begin a commission or send you the adopt

>Refunds
-If you need a refund please contact me and I'm sure we can come to an agreement
-I won't accept refunds when I have already started the final process (Of course this depends on the piece being commissioned)
-I don't accept refunds after the adoptable or art has been transferred
-Please don't charge back. It's a douchebag move, just contact me if you really need a emergency refund! I'm sure we can come to an agreement.

>Commissions
-Prices for commissions are not negotiable
-I don't accept payment plans
-Don't edit, trace, copy, heavily reference, steal, etc my art, adopts, etc

>Adoptables
-Reselling adoptables I have designed is fine but don't sell it for more than you paid (Unless the adopt has acquired more art)
-I'm open to negotiate the prices of adopts

>Bases
-You may sell adopts from my bases
-You may edit or change my bases (But you aren't allowed to resell the edited base!)
-You are allowed to make and sell addons for my bases
-When you sell or post a design made on my bases you have to credit me on the same page
-Don't share my bases with others, reupload them somewhere or sell them

>Rights -I reserve the right to refuse to work with someone and I'm not obligated to explain why
-I reserve the right to my artwork so that I can use the art for promotional use for example to use for banners or the like -You may use the artwork as you want, commercially or personally as long as you have paid for it.
-You must provide credits for my artwork when posting it on a personal or public gallery
-If my art piece has my signature on it DO NOT remove it!
-I reserve the right to resell any designs that I did not receive payment for!
