Terms of Service

Please read before purchasing designs/commissions from me!
You must read and accept my terms of service when purchasing from me. I am not liable if you choose to not read over my tos. I will give warnings when my tos is broken, but constant tos breaking will result in blacklisting, no exceptions.

❀ I reserve the right to deny the purchase of art/design and will refund the entire payment if sent

❀ I am allowed to use the art/design as examples of my work

❀ I can blacklist anyone, whether they break my tos or not

❀ I accept USD payments through Paypal exclusively

❀ I only do holds for up for a week, unless stated otherwise to the holder

❀ I will send a sketch before I request payment and will only continue the commission when payment is sent

❀ If you chargeback, I will revoke your commission/design and resell it (commission will be remade into a ych), as well as the person being placed on my blacklist permanently

❀ If you need to cancel a commission or get a refund for a design, dm me, I am willing to discuss options

❀ You may do with my designs as you like, which includes using them for commercial purposes

❀ You may sell/trade/gift the design to those who are not on my blacklist

❀ You may change the design/art, but still keep me credited

❀ Do not sell my designs for more than you bought them for unless you receive more art of them

❀ Do not claim you bought a design for a higher price than you did

❀ Do not use my art/designs for any NSFW content unless stated otherwise (gore is fine)
