Half-sister. Product of an affair. Vangel resents their mother for her betrayal, but tries his hardest to not take it out on Avra.
Half-brother. Avra knows her birth broke up her siblings' family, and feels horrible for it, looking up to both of them as parental figures.
Vita and Feo were never all that close - being an older cub than he was, she periodically cub-sat him, but that was the extent of their interactions until the sudden death of Feo and Zenebe's siblings, which ended with Vita's romantic partner entering a political marriage with Feo. He felt awful about this, giving full permission for them to continue their relationship behind the scenes. While his and Zenebe's relationship became romantic relatively quickly, he and Vita formed a solid friendship first, originally built on shared concern for their partner. Eventually, though it took far more time, Vita and Feo's relationship became just as romantic as his and Zenebe's. They were never married legally, but everyone knows she's just as much his wife as Zenebe is.

Despite her argeement with Zenebe making the best choice for their pride, she initially resented Feo, especially when she noticed Zenebe's growing feelings for him (although she did consent to him joining as a second partner of Zenebe, never expecting he might also be her partner, too). Eventually, though it took far more time, Vita and Feo's relationship became just as romantic as his and Zenebe's. Zenebe met Vita after following her older sister to Feo's pride. The pair bonded after Vita, who was a little older than Zenebe, showed her a few tips and tricks for hunting in her new homeland that allowed Zenebe to succeed on her first hunt. Since then, they were nearly inseperable, and eveutally that deep friendship turned romantic. Their relationship was so healthy that, when Zenebe was forced to seriously consider a political marriage to prevent war, Vita gave her partner her full support in whatever choice she made. Zenebe and Vita had a quiet, secret wedding ceremony two days before Zenebe was married to Feo, and after Feo joined their relationship romantically, the fact that Zenebe and Vita were married first became an open secret in their pride.

Feo has loved Zenebe from afar since he was a tiny cub, but when he learned that she was in a serious relationship with Vita, he did his best to let her go and be supportive. Unfortunately, the death of his brother and Zenebe's sister, the heirs to both their prides and who were supposed to be betrothed in order to unite them, meant that their alliance seemed to be taking a downward turn. Feo was shocked with Zenebe approached him with the offer of a political marriage, but when she insisted it was her duty, he agreed and they married not long after. Feo has loved her since, and was thrilled when he was invited to become a polycule with Vita and Zenebe. She is his 'official' wife, aka the only one recognized by law, as she the only one he was married to in an official wedding ceremony..
Zenebe was betrothed to Feo in an emergency situation after her older sister and his older brother, who were supposed to be married to unite their lands, were both killed in an accident. With tensions now higher than ever due to each pride missing a heir (and some going as far as accusing the other pride of assassination), Zenebe agreed to a political marriage with Feo despite being in a very serious romantic relationship with Vita. Eventually she began to fall for the gentle king, and after a serious discussion with both Feo and Vita, he became the third member of their relationship. She is his 'official' wife, aka the only one recognized by law, as she the only one he was married to in an official wedding ceremony.
Step-daughter. She loves Kyauta like her own, and helped with her ear piercings.
Step-mother.
Son. He looks so much like Feo's brother that some days it's hard to bear, but he loves his son deeply.
Father.
He raised her as his own, but she's actually his younger sister, not his kid. He's not sure how (and certainly not ready) to break it to her.
sigal will be heartbroken the day her dad has to look up at her instead.
The best dad in the world <3

Weird sort of in-laws?
Bonita's the mother to her nieces, but it was all a surrogacy situation? So Bryn isn't sure how to interact with her. Other than invitations to do violence sometimes.
Flint loves Tawny very dearly, but actually knows next-to-nothing about her - he bought her at an auction for an absolute steal, and though he knows enough about horses to know she's no appaloosa, he has no idea what she actually Is. She's his primary mount, and she works alongside him for the Pony Express.
Flint is Tawny's silly little guy. Her babygirl, if you would. She works very hard to keep her weird little farmboy rider alive. He repays her in endless love and affection (and hoofcare), so she considers it a fair bargain.
Rett died not long before Mirette's birth, but he would have been incredibly proud of the woman she's become.
Mirette was named after her father, and loves hearing about him from Zip. She thinks he's a good man, and wishes to make him proud.
Zip loves Mirette more than anything, including himself. After the death of her parents, he took over as her guardian, and went on the run to keep her safe - both because her mother had been assassinated due to Rebellion connections, and because he worried that, with his Force-sensitivity, she might have inherited it, too.
Zip is Mirette's brother-figure, cousin, and de-facto guardian after the death of her parents. He went on the run to keep her safe, and while she's very grateful for it... Mirette wants to do more, and is angry that her cousin is 'stifling' her.
Rissa adored her daughter, and would have given everything in order to ensure she was safe. Unfortunately, fate is often unkind.
Mirette knew her mother for a short while before she was killed, and cherishes every memory of her. She desperately wants to help the Rebellion because it's the type of thing her mother would have done, even if it may mean Mirette puts herself in danger.
