Zaira feels sorry for her nephew, but not enough to try and contact him. After he attempted murder on her and the other family, she turned her back on the messed up child. However, she did not allow Anora to take his life when the chance was given - she would not see her nephew slaughtered by his mother.
On the outside - Thane hates any competition towards what was rightfully his. He loathes most of the family for putting him in prison, but on the inside he is contempt and grateful for her stopping his mother. He wishes they could have met under better circumstances
Zaira hates her. She tried so hard to befriend her missing half-sister, but after her club was burned down by the psychopath, she cannot bring herself to even pretend to like her. She does like her kids however and allows them to visit whenever they'd like.
Anora hates Zaira - or well she did before finding out how truly messed up their father was. She loathed her half-sister because their father wanted nothing to do with her and everything to do with Zaira. Fueled by jealous rage and a harsh upbringing, Anora did everything in her power to ruin Zairas life. Only now does she realize the faults she made but does nothing to try to fix it - instead she lives her life with her lovely mate where nobody can find them.
Zaira loves Arakeel - as her mate, friend, and just everything. He came when times became rough and stuck through long enough to have a child with her and enjoy their life. Zaira loves nothing more than being with him.
Arakeel adores her wife and her love of flowers - he confessed his love to her in one of his family's gardens after all. He had to give up a few things to be with her and while he was reluctant then, he never regrets it now.
