I've been doing lit. roleplay for a little over 10 years and have always loved it. I want to find more long term RP friends so- here I am!
For those of you who don't know me, my name is Quantablos or Quan: She/Her/Hers, 24 and Ace. I'm a digital artist and beginner game designer who strongly favors character creation and world building.

What can you expect from RPing with me?
I strongly prefer to RP in third person, paragraph format, in google docs but will rp in discord as well. (also kind of want to try out RPing on toyhou.se!) I tend to write around 300 words a reply but it depends on the flow/inspiration, I don't mind shorter or longer posts as the flow calls for. I will ONLY rp original characters x original characters, rarely will I rp fandoms and when I do it is only with fan characters. I almost exclusively rp humanoids, I will accept RP's anthros on very rare occasions (for example a Beauty and the Beast or DnD type RP). I prefer to RP as female characters but will RP as a male if I feel inspired, that being said FxM or FxF is fine with me. I like Romance related plots a LOT so if that's not your thing- I might not be the partner for you. I usually reply pretty fast (if I'm into the rp) so you can expect multiple replies a day but at the very least one a day.
I am an artist so I will have a drawn reference for my character and am willing to redesign most of them to fit the setting or tone of the stories we choose to write. I'm also a sucker for making new ones so that's also a possibility if I don't have any that fit the tone/setting. It's also likely that I will draw your OC- If im into the rp that is lol, but do not expect it.
It's unlikely that I will RP nsfw scenarios but if I do fetish RP is a a BIG no. If I'm comfortable enough with you, I will entertain spicy headcanons but still more than likely will not rp them unless we become super close. I do love darker themes and things like that though so if you're not afraid of some angst we can have some fun. (Not in a creepy way though, more like in a make me cry about our OCs kinda way.)

What I hope from RPing with you?
Of course I'm looking for someone I trust and can feel comfortable sharing my characters and worlds with- but I am mostly someone who is willing to make new ones with me! I prefer a more organic approach with some basic planning but I love when characters/stories just write themselves while we have fun. I want a partner who is as enthusiastic and available to write as I am. Someone who is okay with paragraph format and has decent grammar (I'm not going to demand English major works of perfection, just enough to keep up emersion.)
Prospective partners must be courteous and know basic RPing etiquette (no godmodding, controlling my character, etc.) as well as know how to communicate outside of the rp, I can't read your mind eheh. I will ONLY Rp with other adults (21+ Is preferable); not for nsfw reasons, I just feel more comfortable RPing in my age group. On top of that I STRONGLY prefer RPing with other artists. I'm very visual and will only rp with characters that have drawn references (face claims don't count and picrews are really pushing it and must be a temporary thing). I know there are amazing writers out there who don't draw but I need something.
I am a little on the picky side and tend to scope out potential partners before accepting so if your page or characters make me feel uncomfortable I may not rp with you and I need you to respect that.

I really prefer drawing females or males with long hair but please feel free to toss in any OC you want to! No anthros or ferals, please!

What I mean by "Any important (existing) design detail that will translate with them" is things that are important to their design in any universe, not their current story (I.e Blindness, a limb they were born without, a birthmark, Skin/Hair patterns like vitiligo or Poliosis- NOT jewelry or something they would not have if they were born in another world).
